Description of the Works
All existing primary heating (and controls) plant within the roof plantroom is being replaced for new as it approaches ‘end-of-life’. In addition to this, the radiant panel heating system is being ‘flushed’ to remove unwanted sludge build-up.
The new plant and flushing of radiant panels will greatly improve the efficiency and performance of the heating system.
End users can expect intermittent noise from contractors and small power tools (although this will be minimal as the works are in the roof plantroom).
