June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate, reflect, and stand together. This year, as LGBT+ communities in the UK and around the world continue to face real challenges and setbacks, coming together visibly and joyfully feels more important than ever. Be visible. Be seen. Be heard.

Get into your glad rags and join ​campus community leaders who will welcome you before we set off on our traditional march across campus, alongside our rainbow bus. March, dance, and make some noise as we celebrate our community and show our solidarity.

Bring your own flags and banners, the LGBT+ Staff Network Committee will have some to share too, and feel free to wear rainbow colours or the colours of the trans flag to show your support for our trans friends and colleagues.

Accessibility arrangements are in place, including our partnership with Kinchbus, who provide a dedicated Pride-themed accessible shuttle bus — ride the whole route or hop on and off as you like.
